Overhead Passing (aka Set)
- Feet shoulder width apart with right foot lightly in front of the left foot
- On balls of feet, read to move
- Quick draw to present hands early on top of forehead
- Allow the ball to drop into hands just above the forehead
- Hands open and in the shape of the ball ready to receive the ball
- Extend legs and arms to the appropriate attack area
- Finish hands to target area "High Ten", hips and shoulders to target
