Overhead Passing Critical Elelments

Overhead Passing (aka Set)
  • Feet shoulder width apart with right foot lightly in front of the left foot
  • On balls of feet, read to move
  • Quick draw to present hands early on top of forehead
  • Allow the ball to drop into hands just above the forehead
  • Hands open and in the shape of the ball ready to receive the ball
  • Extend legs and arms to the appropriate attack area
  • Finish hands to target area "High Ten", hips and shoulders to target
